Perfect for a family or a romantic getaway our home is ideally positioned on the island to enjoy the proximity to beaches, stores, delicious restaurants and shopping.
Our home, Casa Paraíso was featured on HGTV Beachfront Bargain Hunt in August 2014.. huge compliment to our home when approached by the network. Our tropical paradise includes a private pool with a tanning lounger in the pool.. directly facing the Caribbean, spectacular 360° views of the entire island from rooftop entertaining area. Our home comes with all the comforts of home. We do have a complimentary international phone line for you to use during your stay and offer high speed wireless Internet and network booster to make sure we have strong signal wherever you are at in the house…that works great throughout our whole home.. Casa Paraiso is located on the beautiful Caribbean Ocean where there is always a refreshing ocean breeze blowing.. We just completed renovations that also include total pool construction & design, poolside palapa/table, rooftop palapa with built in table & sectional couch where you can catch the captivating & colorful sunrises & sunsets that Isla offers.
There are ceiling fans located in each room of our home and split air conditioning units in all rooms as well – and they work very fast at cooling the rooms too!
Main floor: Fully-equipped kitchen, laundry room, dining area, 2 spacious & open living areas and half bath. You will love the 2 living areas that are beautifully decorated & furnished. with and oversized sectional couch to relax while enjoying your favorite show or catching your fav football game on the 70” Ultra 4K curved TV with curved sound bar (great for playing your favorite music playlists too! It sounds amazing & picture perfect! We also have Dish Satellite programming with US satellite channels.
Second floor: 2 large Master suites that are decorated beautifully.. no detail was spared. TV’s in both bedrooms. Both bedrooms have access to the large wrap-around balcony, custom built king size beds with luxurious bedding. Each room has a private full bathroom with custom tile work and custom wood cabinetry & large walk-in showers and illuminated onyx sinks & suspended mirrors.
Beautiful wooden stairway leads takes you from the 2nd level terrace/balcony to the rooftop terrace where you can enjoy sunbathing, ideal for entertaining family & friends under the palapa (thatched roof) with red LED up-lighting..what a beautiful effect at night while embracing the constant Caribbean ocean breezes and enjoying panoramic views of the entire island.

Additional Amenities: We are more than happy to recommend private transfers to and from the airport with an English speaking driver. We can arrange to pre-stock your pantry and refrigerator prior to your arrival, in-house masseuse, Personal chef, Swim with whale sharks (July – September), book world-class sports fishing on boats complete with professional crews, etc…if you think of it.. we can make it happen! Just ask!
Below, the living room looks out on the pool and beyond to the Caribbean ocean. The dining room is open to the living room and kitchen, which is fully equipped. Also, on this level there is a half-bath, and washer and dryer for your convenience.
On the 2nd level, reached by a staircase with inset lighting for your safety, are two master suites, both with king size beds, and each with its own private bathroom. The 1st master suite offers superb ocean view through sliding glass doors, and both suites open onto a large wrap-around balcony, furnished for lounging with chairs and a hammock.
Up one more flight of stairs and you are on the rooftop terrace, which offers a 360 degree panoramic view of the island and nearby Cancun. Our home is a multi-leveled, Mexican built, island beach house that is not suitable for travelers with physical disabilities.
Casa Paraiso is conveniently located for easy access to the neighboring colonia by foot, and the downtown and beach areas by taxi or moped or golf cart. If your delight is to walk, there is a paved lighted walkway/pathway along the ocean from the house all the way to Punta Sur. This is a perfect place for friends or family to relax and enjoy the island life…where Life Is Good!
