In the face of the adjustment to a New Era that will begin this December 22, 2012 (according to the astronomical-mathematical calculations developed by our ancestors), the Mayan New Sun Council extends an invitation to all of humanity, without distinction, to all representatives of the native cultures of the world, to synchronize all individual and collective efforts for the great changes that are emerging.

The objective of this call is to synchronize in 40 ceremonies, all of our concentration and all of our force to strengthen life, peace, and the spiritual union with Mother Earth and the Cosmos; and to be spiritually and energetically united in the “Celebration of the End of a Complete Cycle that will close on December 21, 2012 and the Start of a New Era that will begin on December 22, 2012.”

The synchronization may take many forms, the main one being that representatives of the different cultures of the world can meet in the Ceremonial Center of Tikal, so that we can begin this new cycle through an interconnection between cultures, as well as with Mother Earth.

As Mayan people we have begun and strengthened one of many initiatives for interconnection between Mother Earth and the human beings that have been seeking balance and harmonization with their social and natural environments. This process is being realized through the celebration of 40 ceremonies, which are being held in different energy centers or ceremonial sites in the Maya region, as well as in the energy centers of the world’s cultures that have joined in.

The 40 ceremonies will encourage all men, women, and children to continue on the path of spiritual evolution, which will lead us to the Grand Ceremony of the Reunion of the representatives of all the cultures of the world to celebrate the beginning of the New Cycle, in the ceremonial center of the Mayan city´s of Mexico—Guatemala and Belize on December 21st -22ND 2012.
